Accuracy and changing answers
Civics rules and question sets were checked against USCIS materials on July 4, 2026. Answers involving current officeholders can change. Verify the president, vice president, governor, senators, Speaker of the House, and other changing answers shortly before your interview at USCIS Civics Test Updates.
Legal and eligibility information
Calculators, plans, readiness scores, speech estimates, and practice results are educational estimates. They do not determine immigration eligibility or predict a USCIS decision. For advice about an individual case, consult a qualified immigration attorney or a Department of Justice accredited representative.
